Congratulations to Phil Noll, our August Rotarian of the month! Phil, our Sargent-At-Arms, is the first person you see when attending our Rotary meetings. He welcomes everyone who enters, handles our drawings, provides weather updates, is a gardener extraordinaire, and has a lovey signing voice. Thank you Phil for all that you do for our club!
