We had the honor of hosting our District Governor Chris Casella at today’s meeting. Chris always brings passion, insight and intention to his presentations. Chris’ message to us is to “BE INTENTIONAL” Service is WORK (a 4 letter word).
At the young age of 19, Chris became an EMT in New York. He has not stopped being intentional in service since that age. His message to us is simply this: Rotary is a marathon but sometimes during that marathon you must sprint to the finish line. This is the time when we need to sprint as a club, because people are coming back from their COVID isolation and they yearn to be involved. Let’s find those people and get them involved as new members. New members bring fresh and exciting ideas and make our load lighter.
