Thank you, Paula Joy, for speaking to us last Wednesday!

Paula Joy has worked both as an extra and principal talent for commercial and infomercials, from production assistant to production consultant and coordinator.

Inspired by some of her own experiences she created an anti-bully themed apparel and accessories brand called No Time For Haters®. Paula says that No Time For Haters® is about discounting the bullies in life, whether it is someone at school or work giving you a hard time or usually the biggest bully of all – Ourselves!

Children are a big passion of Paula’s. She has written several children’s books published by Snyder Press, LLC, with the first audiobook, Grady Goes Outside, is out now and a full print and digital project Katie Spider, slated for a Fall launch.

Co-writing “Hickory Fest” and working on the project with her brother, Christopher, has been one of Paula’s favorite production experiences.

It is a lighthearted family friendly story, they feel is sure to become a cult family classic.

Storyboard artist Dwayne Broughton was commissioned and the sketches are like a magic carpet ride transporting you to the quaint town of Hickory, North Carolina.

Whether she is in front of the camera or behind it, meeting with clients or providing consultations for a wide array of services and productions, she is a happy girl with a great mission:
