Guest Speaker (5/31/2024) – Jake Vaughan is a 5th Generation Citrus County resident. Having lived here all his life, he decided to plant his roots in the community that he was raised in. He is the owner of two local businesses, Conservation Plus and JV Southern Real Estate. Jake remains heavily involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors at the Citrus County Builders Alliance, where he served as board president in 2023. Jake was recently awarded the “40 under 40” award among many other individuals that have the same dedication and commitment to the local community.
