Thank you Linda and Bob McGurn, for speaking to us last Wednesday (3/5) about The Good Shepherd Foundation.

The Good Shepherd Foundation has been a beacon of hope in Haiti for many years, and they continue their vital work despite ongoing challenges. As Haiti faces ongoing struggles, the foundation remains steadfast in its mission to support communities by providing medical care and resources to those in need.

Linda provided a brief history of the foundation, highlighting how it has grown over time from a backyard first aid station to a permanent medical facility with a lab.

Linda also discussed their efforts to provide clean water and sanitation facilities and expect to break ground new wells soon.

The Kings Bay Rotary foundation board presented a check to Linda and Bob to support the continuation of their efforts.
