Thank you Ken Frink for speaking at our meeting on 6/29.

Mr. Frink is the City Manager of Crystal River, Florida, a position he has held since April 2019. He is soon retiring from that role and spoke to us about his experiences.

Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of South Florida in 1989. Mr. Frink has more than 30 years of experience in the public sector, serving in various leadership roles. Ken has background as a Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) division director and as Citrus County’s Public Works Director and Assistant County Administrator.

As City Manager of Crystal River, Mr. Frink is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city, including managing the city’s budget, implementing policies and

procedures, and working with city staff and elected officials to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the community. Under his leadership, the city has continued to thrive and grow, with a focus on economic development and infrastructure improvements.
