He is soon retiring from that role and spoke to us about his experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of South Florida in 1989. Mr. Frink has more than 30 years of experience in the public sector, serving in various leadership roles. Ken has background as a Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) division director and as Citrus County\u2019s Public Works Director and Assistant County Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As City Manager of Crystal River, Mr. Frink is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city, including managing the city&#8217;s budget, implementing policies and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>procedures, and working with city staff and elected officials to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the community.
